Made-to-Order Merchandise Policy
Most Nurtune merchandise is made to order. Please allow approximately 1–3 weeks for production before pickup or shipment.
Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, unused and unworn merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or damage. Used or worn items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Nurtune Music so we can make it right.
